My granddaughter was taken from Lewiston idaho to Clarkston wa by an individual not her father the cops said he had parental rights he did not no judge gave him those rights hehe was tested for drugs Washington took her in to custody my granddaughter has been with a family that has 12 kids at that house only a judge can give parental rights cops did nothing .my mother and I have not been able to see her for the past three years her great grand mother who helped raise her is 95yr and still misses her
